SOUTHERN NAZARENE UNIVERSITY
STUDENT DINING

Located in an existing building on campus, the student dining had not been updated since it was originally built in 1988. The university wanted to expand their food offerings and create a more enjoyable dining experience for the students.

  • Redesign of the food service and back of house kitchen areas

  • New millwork at food serving line, with new ceilings and lighting

  • Created new stations within the space to allow for better circulation. These included a salad bar, drink station, breakfast bar, and dish drop off

  • New flooring, lighting, and finishes. The addition of faux wood beams break up the large expanse of ceiling tile

  • New furniture with various types of seating to allow for flexible configurations
