A major addition expanded the existing Southern Plaza Retirement Community.  The existing kitchen was remodeled as part of this construction project to support an addition of this magnitude. 

• Dining Room expansion of 4,400 sq. ft. with an approximate total seating expansion of 268 additional seats

• Equipment replacement, refurbishing, and rearranging to allow for efficient workflow

• A portion of the exterior wall was removed and an external walk-in freezer was added and directly connected to the building for ease of access

• New beverage and serving counters
