The design for the new Warr Acres City Hall involved the conversion and expansion of the existing Community Center. Fresh, modern interior finishes were used to revive the otherwise tired building.

 

The renovated City Hall includes new offices for staff and space for other city functions. A highlight of the design is the new City Council Chamber space. The renovation also includes a secure public lobby for various transactions and a storm shelter to keep employees—as well as important legal records—safe in the event of severe weather.
