A complete renovation and expansion of MACU's 1984 laboratory space provided students with basic science methodology and faculty with on-site facilities. Adjacent lab prep space required this project to expand into an existing staff break area which required additional modifications to the building’s infrastructure. The finished project includes:

•    Visual transparency to adjacent spaces
•    Building code compliant lab spaces for
   student and faculty safety
•    Two-way lab vent hood for experiments
•    Teaching assistant space for lab prep
