The design for the new Warr Acres City Hall accomplishes all of the client's goals:

• Convert and expand existing Community Center building into renovated City Hall including offices for staff and other city functions

• Design new City Council Chamber space for large group meetings

• Create secure public lobby for various transactions

• Provide storm shelter for local employees as well as to maintain safe records

•  Use fresh modern interior finishes to revive an otherwise tired building
